Our Leadership Team
The Answer 1 leadership team is comprised of technology-focused and business-minded professionals with one common goal in mind: maximizing the growth potential of your business. From this commonality, every member of the team contributes their own strengths and knowledge to help bring better solutions to the businesses we serve.
Parker has been the CEO of Answer 1 since 2015, a time when he—along with a number of partners—acquired the company from its founders. Since then, Parker has been responsible for Answer 1’s strategic vision, senior level management, and equity value creation. Prior to Answer 1, Parker spent eight years with a middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company oversight of technology enabled business services companies. Parker has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Dan joined Answer 1 in July 2016 as the Vice President of Operations. Dan is directly responsible for managing all Operations functions including Customer Success, Quality Assurance, and Training. Dan and his team are responsible for executing all Employee, Customer, and Client initiatives. Prior to Answer 1, Dan spent the last 20 years working in customer care and has held senior leadership positions with Discover Financial Services, Morgan Stanley and Progressive Leasing. Dan attended the University of Delaware and has a B.A. in Agricultural Economics.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Walt is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Answer 1 and is responsible for leading Answer 1’s Sales and Marketing functions including SMB and Enterprise sales strategy and execution, business development, and all marketing functions. Prior to Answer 1, Walt served in various marketing leadership positions within consumer, product, and B2B focused organizations. Walt graduated from Arizona State University and holds a B.A. in Communications.
Vice President of Technology & Software Development
Christopher has been with Answer 1 for 12 years and is responsible for developing the technology infrastructure and proprietary software that keep Answer 1 competitive in the marketplace. Christopher has received a number of industry certifications including A+, Network+, and CCNA. Christopher has an Associate Degree in Computer Science from DeVry University
Vice President of Customer Success
Cameron is the Director of Customer Success at Answer 1 and has been with the organization over 18 years, serving in a variety of roles. Cameron is responsible for leading the Customer Success, Quality, and Training Teams, whose functions serve to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to Answer 1 clients and build long-term strategic partnerships with key clients and customer segments. Cameron is pursuing a B.A. in Global Leadership at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
Vice President of East Coast Operations
Ryan joined Answer 1 in August 2018 when Answer 1 acquired Keener Communications, a family-owned business where he served as Vice President. From 2005 to 2018, Ryan has grown with the business - from his start as a receptionist, to accounts payable, to his current position where he oversees every facet of operations. Ryan is responsible for Richmond operations and revenue growth of that portfolio of Answer 1.
